I didn't know Mark Kilroy but I was on Spring Break in Matamoros 35 years ago today just like he was. I had a few too many and got separated from my friends and luckily made it back across the border. His kidnapping and killing was obviously an unspeakable crime. If you're on Spring Break, please be careful and look out for your friends.
