We are traveling from Houston to Dallas for the game. Long range forecast shows Snow north of Houston all the way to Dallas. Looking for info from people that have driving on I45 in past years with winter weather. Is there enough traffic to keep good ruts on the freeway? Do they do a good job de-icing. Whats a good app to look for road condition updates. I know ice is a problem but the forecast shows more snow than ice. Its been a while since I have driven on snowy roads. I know plenty of space and taking my time are the no brainers. Comments?
