Since I had never seen or heard Tom Herman speak, I DVR-ed his recent press conference, and I love his sense of humor. He was referring to some fundamentals of football when he threw in "Rocket Surgery" and after calling some function of coaching, "tertiary", he explained that was one of his "Rice Words".
I love his sense of humor, but more importantly, he seems to have it all together...so far, so good.
