Last Thursday my wife and I hosted a rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding at Rosewood. As most of you know, OB's own @jessed50 is the Chef and owner. Jesse and his staff prepared a fantastic meal for our 35 guests. All of them were talking about Rosewood the whole weekend. The service was great and food was amazing. We had appetizers of Beef Tartare on Bone Marrow, Redfish Ceviche Lettuce Wraps and BBQ Carrots. The main course was a Whole Roasted Pig with fixings. Desert was Olive Oil Cake with Whipped Cream and Strawberries. The dinner was held outside on the patio. I encourage everyone to visit Rosewood. You won't be disappointed.
