Sark has many strengths, including developing quarterbacks, play calling, culture building, etc., but I think his greatest strength has been building a roster that can compete with anyone. We have talent at almost all positions and considerable depth at many of them. And, Sark has accomplished this in just three seasons.
There have been times where I've questioned his decision making, but I've always believed that talent and depth trumps all and that's what he has delivered. Assuming that we continue to provide him with the necessary resources to keep it going, I really believe that we have our coach for then next decade or more.
