Didn't notice this at the time, but apparently the ball, although blocked and had bounced off the ground, still went through the uprights.
The guy is saying ASU is appealing the results of the game, arguing that the rules say that a ball is live and counts if it goes through the uprights even if it hits the ground.
I hadn't seen nor heard about this, and can't validate if the appeal is real. But, interesting that the ball did go through the uprights although we blocked it and it hit the ground.
