Ethan Couch caught in puerto Vallarta
Send his ass to the big house!!!!!!

If he thinks he's so privileged, execute him by boiling him Dom Perignon.

Maybe a caviar enema laced with ricin?

How about we just run you over in a Rolls-Royce?

Impaled on a golden pike?

How's about shot in the face with a platinum bullet?

Maybe dropped out of a Lear Jet......

Or choked to death by Laura Scudder's peanut butter.

My personal favorite-- me strangling his worthless a$$ to death with a mink coat.

Per ABC News:
A teen whose drunk driving defense included a witness who said he was afflicted with "affluenza" was detained in Mexico after allegedly failing to check in with his probation officer and disappearing earlier this month, authorities said.

Ethan Couch, who is now 18, was convicted in 2013 of four counts of intoxication manslaughter after a drunk driving accident but avoided jail. Instead, he was sentenced to 10 years probation, sparking outrage among the victims' families.

Couch was picked up in Puerto Vallarta on Monday at 6 p.m. local time along with his mother, according to a spokesman for the Jalisco state prosecutor's office. Both underwent a medical check-up and were then transferred to immigration authorities. They are en route to Guadalajara to be transported to the U.S. It is unknown when that flight to America will take place.

Authorities were concerned that he allegedly missed a check-in with a probation officer and may have skipped town or the country and a juvenile judge issued a "directive to apprehend" on Dec. 11.

The U.S. Marshals Service and the FBI joined in the search.

Couch's mother was deemed a missing person, police said earlier this month, and it was believed that she was helping him. However, she was not named a suspect because police could not prove she was assisting.

"Since December 26th agents of State Prosecutor's Office provided law support enforcement personnel from the neighboring country of the United State of America, the US Marshall for the location and capture of Ethan Anthony Couch" a statement from the Jalisco State Prosecutor's Office said.

During his trial, a psychologist argued that Couch suffered from "affluenza," meaning his behavior stemmed from his affluent upbringing.

He just gave the authorities a chance to right the injustice from his trial. Kind of like OJ. When you are lucky enough to skate, you have to lay low and count your blessings.

Not sure where the family $$$ come from but it appears his parents probably inherited whatever wealth they have. Neither appears smart enough to have run a successful business. The dad got arrested for impersonating a police officer in an unrelated matter last year.

I thought this was a Joe Mixon thread.

Ouch.

To be fair, I thought it was a Chiasson or Manziel thread (how bout that guy posting his own video of Xmas eve party drinking and rapping.....will he ever learn.....or can his agent at least shut down his social media for his own benefit or put a penalty clause in his contract of a $1million fine for posting something that ruins his next contract and thus the agents further commissions, that way the douche might not post this stuff willingly).
It's ok not to respect yourself and post some party boy image if thats what you want. But when you realize it might cost you your job and you keep getting called in to talk the HC and the billionaire owner of the team and your teammates have to keep answering questions about you......you'd think you'd finally have some respect for them and shut up and listen to what they are asking you to do.

The advice isn't that hard to listen to. Take your job a lil more seriously or lose it. Party if you want, but control it a bit since you might have a problem. And for goodness sake, if you party, just don't rub it in the faces of everyone by posting pictures and videos.
This was his own damn post this time. Thats baffling.

The judge who was responsible for his original sentence deserves to be ridiculed mercilessly. What a complete and utter embarrassment not to mention the slap in the face to the victims that was. How anyone could even consider such a light sentence is beyond belief. Now if the next judge does not throw the book at Couch and his mother I will lose all faith in our judicial system.

Agree

I seriously doubt this boy has ever had his butt spanked much less be told "No". He violated probation and fled the country. Throw the book at him. 10+ years in jail will alter his reality.

He'll be out by the time he's 19 according to the news. Minor vs adult prosecution. Sooooo, a year or so behind bars. I say, Huntsville, general population.

Couch is looking at 4 months for violating probation, but also being transferred to adult probation. I'd put the chance of him doing 8 years probation without violation at about 0.0001%.

"If Couch violates the terms of his adult probation, Wilson said her office would file a motion to have his probation revoked. If revoked, Couch could be sentenced to 10 years in prison on each of his four intoxication manslaughter convictions. In such a situation, Wilson said her office would seek to have the sentences stacked, meaning Couch could be sentenced to 40 years in prison."

"Tarrant County Sheriff Dee Anderson said an arrest warrant was issued for Couch’s mother, Tonya Couch, for hindering an apprehension, a third-degree felony punishable by a sentence of two to 10 years in prison."
