CNN — Local authorities executed a federal warrant for the arrest of Donald Trump this evening. The former President was taken into custody at his Mar-a-Lago residence. No official statement has been made by federal authorities, but sources have told CNN that this is related to a years long investigation into Trump’s dealings with foreign entities and governments. Sources further tell CNN that charges will include tax evasion as well as seditious conspiracy.
