Should Andy Dalton go to the Hall of Fame?

Dalton has his inferior New Orleans team beating the Eagles right now. The guy is a three time Pro Bowler who is closing in on 38,000 yards passing. About to pass Boomer Esiason. 28th all time TD passes with 243. He is no. 21 in pass completions. Who thinks he should be Hall of Fame upon retirement?
