10 thoughts from the weekend brazenly stated Texas in even if we lose to A&M. I have a hard time coming to that conclusion. I think it’s prob 50/50. There’s a huge storyline out there about how much our schedule sucked, obviously no fault to us. We schedule big programs and don’t play FCS schools like a lot of other schools in the conversation.
That’s one thing I didn’t think about with the move to 16 schools for the important conferences….that certainl teams would have brutal schedules and other teams would have much easier schedules.
Also, the 4 bye seeds in the 12 team playoff come from the Big 12, SEC, Big 10 and ACC, correct? I heard someone say that it was the top ranked 4 conference champions out of the conferences, not necessarily from those four.
