I have been bummed as I moved into an apartment a while back and gave my Komodo Kamado to my neighbor.
However, I have a new opportunity that I’m going to donate one to my church so that I can get back into it.
However, it needs to be one a novice can operate when I’m not around so I was thinking of getting a pellet smoker. I assume they are foolproof, point and shoot, please tell me if I’m wrong.
What should I get? Need one that can feed at least a 100 people so nothing small.
