Texas wins the Big12 and either
1). Louisville beats FSU or
2) Bama beats Georgia
If #2 occurs, however, there will be a big debate between which 1-loss team among Texas, Bama, or Georgia gets the final spot or even a scenario of both Bama & Texas getting in.
If #1 & #2 occur, then that opens the possibility for 2 of the 3 of Texas, Bama, and Georgia gets in (instead of just 1).
(The above assumes Michigan wins the Big 10 and the Pac12 champion gets in)
