It vanished as it approached Israeli airspace. Just POOF.... gone.
Was sitting there watching it and..... gone.
Nah, they just turn off their ADS-B. Basically, they quit squawking publicly and remain on mil frequencies or employ other "cryptographic" techniques like frequency hopping spread spectrum.
Nothing, I guess. But I find it odd that we launch a Navy drone form the Persian gulf that flies all the way across the middle east in a direct line for Israel, then turns off it's ADS just as it comes into Israeli airspace. Why not launch from the carrier in the Med?
Why not launch from Incirlik in Turkey?
Why fly over Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Jordan- and then vanish?
