These seniors and upperclassmen need to be thanked and celebrated for staying the course. I remember trying to explain to Mrs. Kool that these kids...young men, will be good as they mature. You can't force experience. They had to learn to win. They had to trust the process. They had to wait their turn. They could have quit. Could have left.
