Just overheard a couple of homeless panhandlers talking to a guy outside of a convenient store off 620. Guy was telling them to find the nearest Starbucks cause they where allowed to just hangout in the AC, use the bathroom, and charge their phones without any worries haha. Man this is going to get good real fast. They where ecstatic to say the least.
