I somehow came across this free article on the UF rivals website while on some other sports site. Their site happens to be called GatorsTerritory. They did an article about Steve Spurrier's restaurant opening. I have to admit with UGA being my second favorite team due to my time in Atlanta, I don't root for UF usually, but I don't hate them as much as a lot of UGA fans do either. However, I'd still eat at his restaurant. The memorabilia on display is probably worth it alone. I know that Gainesville is a small town compared to Austin but made me wonder if any UT legends have ever tried such a concept in Austin. Does anyone know? I know there's the VY Steakhouse although I heard he got paid to lend his name and isn't an employee of his namesake's resto. Anyhow, here's the article
