Straight up, Better Defense Today, Cowboys or Longhorns?

I believe the Longhorn defense today is much more talented and would compete much better against NFL teams than the Cowboys are. Virtually every Longhorn player will be drafted with at least three in the first round (Hill, Simmons, Malik.
