I gave this a few days, and I am trying to gauge, I am not sure I have seen such a polarizing reaction to a Superbowl Halftime show. I see 10/10 and 2/10. I totally get that not all people are into one genre or another, but it is a little crazy.
For what it is worth, the crowd was definitely the least into it of the last few. I was kinda surprised. It was not just the genre, and I know Dre brought some friends, but very different reaction live in SoFi to Dre and Co back in 2022.
Personally I appreciated the creativity. Clearly you have to "get" KL. Again, I do not think this was whether you get Rap or not, probably just a bad choice.
Last, that stadium was about 75% green(as was Bourbon street), and the rub on Taylor getting booed? The Eagles fans were already out of their small minds, you totally saw that coming. My take, you got to take the good with the bad, when you set up as a lightning rod, take it both ways.....
