About a year ago my doctor started me on , for me, a significant vitamin daily regimen.
This routine is a lot of Vitamin B,C,and D (like in the 1,000 mgs a day ) but also includes Qo10, Lipoic Acid, DHEA, Magnesium (several kinds) , Selenium, Zinc, K2,P5P, Curcumin, N-Acetyl Cysteine, Vitamin E, NMN, Milk Thistle, Melatonin and a probiotic along with an injectable and Metformin (prescription )

it is quite a daily ordeal (over 40 capsules) and every 6 weeks a couple of hours to "reload" the pill boxes

I used to poke fun at people that took a bunch of supplements but now i am they

im 6'3" hovering around 215 lbs. and feel fantastic with a noted increase in mental clarity ( many will argue that here)

here are the questions

1) does anyone know how to combine the larger vitamin classes (B,C and D), or any other combinations so as to reduce the sheer number of capsules consumed daily ?

Dr wants me to add Pectosin (Grapefruit concentrate ?)

2) anyone have any other break-thru supplements they'd also recommend
