Reading sports recaps of games and poking around other school's boards, specially OU and NE, both are looking to improve their offense with new OC hires. Seems like stability for programs these days, more than ever is being able to have a HC who is the OC... program gets stability at that spot without having to worry about the OC leaving for a HC spot or NFL. I'm thankful Sark has an evolutionary edge to his OC playcalling to not let it go stale, coupled with the fact he has a DC who is very comfortable in his role and no aspirations to be a HC or NFL DC. Riley at USC is struggling and even some there are wanting him to step back and hire an OC. Thankful days on the 40.
