Tejas BBQ - Labor Day Review

Wife (from Nam) and I went to Tejas BBQ (in Tomball).

It was (still) legit. The Brisket, pork belly burnt ends, pork ribs, carrot soufflé were all 10/10.

I love me some Truth BBQ and Pinkertons and Killens, but the brisket and pork ribs at Tejas were just better - just all around best smoke flavor.
