Much cleaner game than last year’s opener. Maybe they were too focused on Bama last year. Clearly not overly focused on Meat Chicken today.
That said, a bit sloppy to begin with, but got over it quick enough. Not so much in years past.
Some serious popping going on by our D. Don’t recall that many hard hits since targeting was enacted.

Speaking of instant reviews, I’m pretty sure that was a fumble. Both replays from the side/back showed the ball coming loose as the runner was off the ground.i’d bet real $s on it.

Before the Arch season debut, very refreshing to see Quinn and team go out and drive for a score at the start of the 2nd half. We didn’t seem to have that kind of focus and determination last year.
Speaking of the Quinn, he is world caliber when staying in the pocket or taking the yards with his legs. The ad lib stuff, not so much,
Arch on the other hand, looks like and ad libs like a really good point guard. Going to be fun watching Quinn, and hope he enjoys an awesome season, but it’s going to be entertaining in a bit of a different way when he hands the reins to Arch.
