As alluded to previously, the Horns didn’t escape Columbia unscathed.
Junior OF Max Belyeu suffered a season ending thumb injury, which is a massive blow to the Horns.
Max will be having surgery within the next week or so. The team does hope that he can be back before end of season, but that largely depends on how the surgery goes and him bouncing back quickly with no issues or pain.
