We are 15-7 and have had our doors blown off a few times this year.
We have 9 games left- 4 against currently ranked teams. We'd need to go a minimum of 6-3 over that stretch and then pull an upset win or 2 in the conference tourney to grab an at large bid.
Even then it would be a 10+ spot. Our best win is a 1 point win over #13 aggy- and also aggy is one of our worst losses (20 points).
We'd need to beat Kentucky (ranked #12) or Bama (ranked #4) at our house to improve the resume.
Not looking good.

I think 5-4 and 1 win in the SEC tourney will do it.

Texas would have a 9-9 conference record in the deepest, arguably best conference in CBB. They would be 21-12 overall. A few good wins and a very high SOS.

I think that gets Texas in the play in game as an 11 seed

i don't know about this year, but for the last decade the conference we left was much better. no excuses. stagnation is in the program. we fired barnes-- who had done a lot more-- for a lot less mediocrity
