I've compiled a list of 30 of the best 90's girls competing in 3 brackets. You get 3 choices in each contest and you're welcome to tell us why. Keep the criteria for your choice to the approximate time of the candidate's film/show/video. This isn't a "where are they now" special. The next contest with the remaining 10 will be coming soon, so don't worry if one or more of your prime candidates don't show in the 1st or even 2nd bracket. If she doesn't then tough shit.
