The Executive at Fox, Mr. Dixon, in the hairstylist complaint states he was banging other women at Fox. Some chose to leave. When he promoted Joy he asked Skip to accept her on his show as a favor to him. The hairstylist says Mr. Dixon grabbed her ass at a party, and propositioned her. She refused. Told Joy about it and she responded with, "Hey get over it or he will get rid of us."
Let's assume Fox chooses to fire or demote Joy. Well, she could sue Fox claiming Mr. Dixon harassed her, and promised her jobs only if she slept with him. Reminds me of Harvey Weinstein telling potential starlets the same thing. Obviously, a bunch of them took the bait. Joy can come across just like they did. So, it's not so easy just to have her go away. There has been a lot of criticism as to why she's still on the Fox show with Paul Pierce and Keyshawn.
My guess is eventually Mr. Dixon gets canned, Joy sues and settles just like the hairstylist will too. Joy's career will be ruined but she will have millions in the bag.
