The most disappointing thing about Rodney Terry, Frank Haith, & Chris Ogden as basketball coaches

All 3 guys spent significant time as assistants under Rick Barnes at Texas.

Barnes is known for coaching great defense, rebounding, toughness, & shot selection.

RT spent 10 years under Barnes
Haith spent 4 years
Ogden spent 8 years

One would think these 3 guys know every single drill Barnes uses for defense, rebounding & toughness. I've sat in & watched about 20 Texas practices back in my younger days as a coach. Barnes' practices were tough to say the least. Every little detail was preached & emphasized every practice in regards to defense, rebounding, & toughness. I know for a fact every practice is recorded & is on video from eons back.

Great coaches steal & emulate from other greats. Its baffling that RT isn't a better coach than what he's shown.

BTW...if Boise St wins tonight...they may easily leap frog us as the last team in.
