The Aggies have waited on revenge for 13 years. They hate us, and are the most insecure fanbase in the history of college football. Boosters, students, and alumni have all circled this game. Hell the coach even referenced us in his Auburn PC. To the “pant pissers” this is not a good thing for Longhorns.
I actually think it is the opposite.
You only play your best during a 60 minute game when you can channel postive energy and be able to focus on executing the plan. Aggies will be on a “emotional high” from the fanbase and the hype leading up. I think that high will drain severe amounts of wasted energy which will lead to a bunch of mistakes as the game goes on. This will all play out Saturday night. Texas has been here many times before.
Our offense is better then their defense.
Our defense is better then their offense.
Our coach is better then their coach.
Finally, and maybe most importantly the Aggies have always sh*t the bed when the spotlight was on them; it’s in their DNA.
Saturday night will be no different.
I believe the Horns play their most complete game of the year.
