So I was in a car wreck in 2018 that slipped C5/6 and I've had some issues ever since. Since I was only 32 at the time I avoided surgery and have done tons of PT, Chiro, and even a spinal injection (which helped for a bit) but every morning it's like I'm starting from scratch no matter what body work I did the day before.
Recently i was talking to another dentist that had to stop practicing due to Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and her symptoms popped off some alarm bells.
Reading through this article really struck home with me how close my symptoms and history align with the issue and last night I did a home version of a Cyriax Release Maneuver and had the best sleep I've had in a little while. While I obviously need to go get a proper diagnosis I wanted to see if anyone online has experienced the neuropathic version of TOS and if they were able to manage it with PT type work or resulted in the surgery? At this stage its been 7 years and I'm willing to go the surgical route if I can just get back to feeling good with minor stretching.
