We are coming down to Austin this weekend for my son’s (UT’27) birthday and want to go to the game. I need 5 tickets. I have been watching ticket prices for a couple of weeks and was hoping that price would drop. Currently lowest get in price is $125 and that is the same as it was yesterday.
I know that I can wait until game time to buy tickets, but we have two 10 year olds and my wife doesn’t want to wait that long to get tickets.
So, will prices continue to drop on SeatGeek, StubHub, etc? When would be a good time to pull the trigger on tickets.
Best place outside of StubHub to find 5 tickets together to avoid paying the usury fees they charge (~$40/ticket).
