Tip for online order (not food)? F No!

Yesterday, I ordered an item from a typical online storefront. Because of the convenience, I used PayPal.

To my surprise, PayPal asked if I wanted to leave a tip to them.

Why would I leave a tip for employees in a warehouse who pick an item, drop it in the box, and mail it?
