It appears that the Dept of Education is classifying payments for revenue sharing as financial assistance. Thus, subjected to Title IX and must be equal amongst men and women.
@Ketchum or other Mods, how do you see this effecting football and the current status of NIL. If these payments have to be equal, I'm not really sure how far $20 million goes. Thus the Texas 1 fund and other collectives and other businesses and donor's are still going to be a big factor in regards to getting players for football.
