The undertaking of a new action brings new strength. - Richard L. Evans

This quote sums up what I do with my Grief Recovery practice. Grief is very misunderstood in our society and much of what we’ve been taught frankly doesn’t work. Most of what you hear from well intentioned people are intellectual platitudes that although may be true, don't help the one grieving.

Taking appropriate actions steps to process grief has proven through evidence-based studies to help grievers recover and become complete. If you want to learn more, I suggest you purchase a copy of The Grief Recovery Handbook available on Amazon for about $8, it will be the best $8 you will spend this year or feel free to DM me to learn more. I wish this method would be a mandatory curriculum starting in grade school. The suffering, even from an early age, could be avoided and handled properly as one goes through life.

Action steps to help yourself can build strength not only for mental health, but for physical well-being. We’ve all heard that a healthy diet, regular exercise, 7-8 hours of sleep can do wonders for our health as well as getting regular checkups and health screens to catch things before they can’t be treated.

I encourage you all to invest in yourself this year. We can’t help others if we are not healthy ourselves.

I wish you well my TG friends!
