“Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.” –Maya Angelou
I haven’t really thought about cataloging the moments of my life that took my breath away, but I can think of many that I would love to re-live.
The first time I laid eyes on my wife. Each time I first saw my three kids born and two grandchildren. The first hugs I received from my two granddaughters. So many milestones have been reached for my family and business colleagues. And of course…
The fourth and five Vince Young touchdown to win the National Championship!
Sometimes when I’m feeling down, I take stock of the blessings I’ve witnessed. It sure beats thinking about the negative moments that can creep into our minds in times of stress.
I pray you all have special moments to reflect positively on and many more that await you in the days and weeks to come.
