“Normality is a paved road: It’s comfortable to walk, but no flowers grow on it.” —Vincent Van Gogh
My wife and I try to walk almost every day. Most of the time we take the same path each day. It’s predictable, we know where we are going, what potential hazards we may face, and how long it will take to get back home. However, it can also be boring. Occasionally we will venture out to other areas, and we get to enjoy new scenery. Just the other day we got to see some really nice views of downtown Austin we hadn’t seen before.
If you find yourself in a rut, doing the same ole thing, consider venturing out of your comfort zones and discovering something new.
Be adventurous out there!
