A Valentine from Our Creator
For those that celebrate, Happy Valentines Day!
For those suffering relationship problems, our Creator has a valentine for you.
When Jesus’s disciples were in a boat and a storm arose with the waves crashing all around them, they suddenly saw Him walking on the water and Peter cried out asking Him to command him to walk to him, Jesus told him to come, walk on the water to Him. As Peter walked, he took his focus off Jesus back to the storm around him and he began to sink and then Jesus caught him. Jesus said, “You of little faith, why did you doubt?”
We can often react a lot like Peter, when we see all the problems around us, we take our focus off our Creator, and we become fearful and sometimes paralyzed. We should turn our focus back to the one who has our life in His hands. We can be confident He will be with us to get us through the storms of life.
