Going for 8 days in March with wife and grown kids, 4 nights each. Would like to do some higher-end restaurants, that have a la carte menus and good cocktails. We will be doing a lot of ethnic stuff during the days, but would prefer something a little more familiar at dinner time. We love sushi and steak, but are all a little picky, so don't want a bunch of multi-course meals where they bring whatever they want. We also don't want to be rude by not eating certain foods, etc.
We could also do French, Italian, Chinese, etc. one night if available. I know a lot of the nicer hotels have good options as well.
Any good recommendations?
