My entire attitude this week about all voter fraud claims has been simple...take your claims to court.
If you have proof of voter fraud the courts will overturn those votes! It's as simple as that.
To be fair, Trump is filing many lawsuits in court in key battleground states. But most of the cases decided so far have been rejected due to lack of evidence. The few wins he's had over the last week have either been about the poll watching process (observers getting closer to poll counters) or ballots received after deadline.
But I think Trump realizes that he can't win in the courts of law. So he's going to try and win in the court of public opinion by just making the same claims where evidence is not required.
