No surprise here but Trump is already touting his promised tariffs. He says 25 percent tariffs might go into effect in Canada and Mexico on February 1st. (Doesn’t mention China although he has touted those too?) Canada and Mexico have already said they are going to retaliate. Good luck on making the economy better and bringing down the price of things if a trade war starts.
