He's obviously citing a right wing media watchdog group that recently released a report that quantified the % of positive and negative news about the Trump administration. And guess what % was cited as "negative news"...91%. Surprise!
To Trump, all "negative" news is Fake News. In his mind, there can be no truth to a news report if it is negative. His fragile ego cannot handle criticism of any kind. What a joke for a president.
