Heading into the weekend, former defensive lineman TCU Damonic Williams had visited Oklahoma and Texas. Many thought those two might be the leaders. Williams swapped out a scheduled trip to Colorado with a visit to Missouri last weekend, and the word coming out of Columbia is that Mizzou made a very strong impression. In fact, some people with connections to that program are hearing that it'll either be Missouri or Texas when Williams decides later this week.

With an LSU visit scheduled for today, there's still plenty of room for movement in this one so we'll keep an eye on Williams' situation to see if Bo Davis and crew are able to move the needle while Williams is in Baton Rouge.

The plan, immediately following Williams' Texas visit, was for him to decide on Wednesday. I'll check in with him to see if that's still the scheduled decision date. The good news ... Texas seems to be the one school that's consistently mentioned as being in a good spot. The not-so-good news ... Missouri feels like it's right there with the Longhorns.

Tuesday 4:20 update - This will surprise nobody, but I'm hearing LSU made a very strong impression. Seems he's telling a lot of people what they want to hear because there's now some buzz that LSU may have surged into the lead.
