So the Bernie blueprint for Universal Health care is Medicare. Which you have to be 65 years old to qualify. But once you reach 65 years old, you can ONLY have Medicare.

After your have paid into the Medicare premium for years- and the more you make the more you pay- you don't have a choice. Here is the schedule for your premiums:

Hint: the more you make, the more you pay. But you get the same service as the person who paid nothing or next to nothing in their old age and in their earning years.
