Intersting article pretty much concludes what most of us have been saying all along in that Hillary's case is a technical violation without the added factors that would likely lead to prosecution. Added factors that have lead to prosecution in the past include directly stealing classified data, intentionally passing data to reporters or others without clearance, lying to FBI to cover up data theft, etc.. Hillary's case just does not rise to that level. We'll see but it's not looking good for the tin-foil hat wearing Hillary haters.
