Update on the refresh issue: Need your input

Guys, a number of changes have been made today in hopes that we can solve the first of several issues, but definitely the most important issue... the refreshing on apple products.

I HAVE had a number of people tell me that the performance has been better, but we're looking for 100% clearing of this issue, so please update me as of the last hour...

Are these refresh issues still occurring?
