I'm fine with a military parade as long as it honors our military heroes. One of the dates the Pentagon has floated in some news reports have been Veteran's Day which this year will mark the 100 year anniversary of the end of WWI...which I think would be fantastic!

What I'm not ok with is a military parade that features our military equipment. I don't want to see our tanks and missiles being carted down Pennsylvania avenue so that can Trump can show off the might of our military.

There's no need for us to do this. We've been the supreme military power in the world for decades. No one questions our might. It would be a waste of money to fly all this equipment into Washington for a parade.

I would rather that money go to either a military parade that features all of our veterans or have that money spent on veteran's healthcare for the sacrifices they paid for our great nation.
