Leadership Opportunity
- Special Emphasis Program Managers. This is a call for Tinker civilian employees, minimum GS-07s/WG-08s and above AND active duty military service members, TSgt and above, must provide arrival date to duty station and AFFROGEN deployment cycle. To apply for collateral duty assignment as a Special Emphasis Program Manager (SEPM). No change to duty title, pay plan, series, grade, or pay is involved. Collateral duty assignments account for up to 20% of the employee’s duty time, which equates to eight hours per week.

Seven SEPM collateral duty positions need to be filled:

  1. American Indian/Alaska Native Employment Program Manager
  2. Asian American/Pacific Islander Employment Program Manager
  3. Black Employment Program Manager
  4. Disability Program Manager
  5. Women’s Initiative Program Manager
  6. Hispanic Employment Program Manager
  7. LGBTQ+ Employment Program Manager


Interested personnel should submit the attached nomination package and resume for consideration to Affirmative Employment Program Manager. Please note that a supervisor’s endorsement is required. Employees are encouraged to apply for these positions. Applications will be accepted through COB Friday, 15 Nov 2024. Interviews will take place 9-13 Dec 24. Incomplete packages will not be considered.
