This is a very defensible position and a much needed correction to the overcharging of the lesser offenders. Good that Trump is going to leave out the violent offenders. The guy who posted this, Shipwrecked, is a former AUSA (20 years) who has defended lots of J6 cases so knows what he is talking about. His analysis is very good.
