As details emerge of Peter Strzok going to London the day after the Downer/Papadopoulos meeting and meeting with one or both of them I can’t help but suspect this might be the case.

Edit: Reading more into this it seems that the “George” who Strzok is referring to in the days after the London trip was George Toscas, not Papadopoulos. False Alarm. Carry on...
