After seeing him make multiple media appearances and seeing the debate yesterday, he's easily the most likeable person of the 4 candidates running for the White House. He's always very measured in his response, never gets angry and is always very polite and amicable in his responses even if the other side is hostile.
I suspect he gets a huge bump in the polls while Walz likely takes a hit. Walz did fine in the debate (with the help of the mods), but often times when he wasn't speaking, his body language made him appear to be angry and frustrated.
