It is amazing political theater. Not commenting on the content good or bad, but never has a President had 2 hr press conferences every day where he takes all questions. It is fascinating the breadth of questions being thrown at the president. Everyday we trot out a variety of secretaries, directors, CEOs, and specialists. We have plots, diagrams, discussions about drug interventions, supply chains, medical equipment, stimulus packages, oil production, hospital ships, PPE, defense authorization, FEMA, CDC, FDA, etc. It's an amazing, incredible thing that is unfolding.
I don't expect this thread to last too long before someone jumps in and comments on the politics. I'm just commenting on how massive and complex the breadth of the response is and how POTUS seem willing to come out every single day and speak to news of the day. This is a wow moment for our nation.
